HELPFUL HINTS

Please be on time with all flowers pinned and jewelry on. If one member of the wedding party or family is late, it delays the whole process. If the flowers are not pinned, usually the photographer is left doing it, which cuts down on the amount of time they have to do their job- take pictures.

Consider taking pictures before your wedding time. Good lighting is a consideration as well as your privacy and respect of the guests. Pre-wedding photography is becoming more popular because it allows the bride and groom to get the intimate pictures they desire without the stress of worrying about the guests seeing them before the ceremony or waiting on them at the reception.

Make sure people know they are going to be in your pictures. This ensures that all subjects of the photographs will be on time and no one is missed. Appoint someone dependable who knows everyone to gather them for the pictures.

Don't forget your marriage license. The ceremony cannot be performed without the license. Don't rely on parents, attendants, etc. Put it in the groom's jacket pocket- he will be there.
